As with any grip, you can adapt this two thumb putter grip to your own personal preference. Some golfers have adapted this grip by dropping the right hand down and keeping the left hand further up the grip. This allows you to use your right hand to hit with more power. It feels as though you are rolling the ball towards the hole with your right hand. This particular variation allows you to be more consistent with your putts.
If you have gone out and tried all the different types of putters, including belly putters, chin putters, left hand low, left hand putting, thumb-to-thumb grips with a regular putter, blade putters, and mallet putters, maybe you should try the two thumb putter grip first and see if this relieves your frustrations?
Many recreational golfers now report a putting average of about 30 putts a round. Being able to putt like this instills so much confidence in you. Your overall game of golf is sure to improve. Golfers who had previously lost their love of golf are now returning to the golfing scene because of the two thumb putter grip – it really is becoming a bit of a revelation.

Even pro golfers are beginning to switch to this grip because they are all amazed at how much their putts improve. The ability to putt correctly from longer distances is remarkable, too. Keep watching the pro tours to see how who is using the two thumb putter grip.
